After your session you receive a private curated proof gallery — the strongest frames, culled and ready to judge. You choose your favorites from it, and those images come back finished with our signature retouching: skin finishing, distraction cleanup and a polished final finish. The retouched images are yours to download.
Every session below tells you exactly how many images you choose. Proofs are for selecting, not for downloading — the finished files are what you keep.

Three sessions you can book yourself, right now. Cap and gown plus your own looks, at one approved location.
Private properties, permits, campus access, parking and admission are not included in the session price. Those are creative directions we can build toward, not promised locations — we confirm availability and send a quote before anything is reserved.
04Party & Ceremony Coverage
The portraits are not the whole day.
A graduation session covers you. The party, the brunch and the ceremony itself are event coverage, and we would rather route you there than stretch a portrait session over them.
Pick the session that matches your milestone. Mini, Essential and Signature book directly; Deluxe, After Dark and the Extended Experience start as a request.

Reserve
A signed agreement and a 50% retainer hold the date. The balance is due seven days before. A parent or guardian signs for anyone under 18.

Plan
You complete a short intake form. We confirm the meeting point, campus access, parking and the weather plan 24 to 48 hours out.

Shoot
Guided the whole way. Arrive on time — late arrival shortens the session rather than extending the reservation.

Proof
Your private proof gallery arrives within seven business days. You have seven days to choose your favorites.

Finish
Signature-retouched finals arrive within five business days of your selections, ready to download and share.

Before you book.
Do I get all the photos?
You receive a curated proof gallery of the strongest frames and choose the stated number for signature retouching. We do not deliver rejected frames, duplicates or camera files — the finished images are the deliverable.
How many photos will I receive?
Graduation Mini includes 5 signature-retouched images, Essential includes 10 and Signature includes 15. Longer sessions include more. Proofs are for selection only; every final image you receive is color corrected, retouched and print-ready.
When should I book?
Before the ceremony, not after. Cap and gown sessions cluster hard around graduation weekends, and the good evening light goes first.
Do I need my cap and gown?
Bring it if you have it. If your regalia has not arrived yet, we can shoot the senior and lifestyle looks first and you can add the cap and gown to a later session.
Can I change outfits?
Essential includes cap and gown plus up to two looks. Signature and the specialty sessions carry more. Changing takes session time, so plan the looks in advance.
Can my family be in the photos?
Yes, within the session. A full party with extended candids is event coverage rather than a portrait session — see Party & Ceremony Coverage above.
I am under 18. What do my parents need to do?
A parent or legal guardian signs the agreement and any release, and we collect their contact details on the intake form.
Can we shoot on my campus?
Often, but access rules vary by school and some campuses require a permit or restrict commercial photography. We confirm the location before the session rather than finding out on the day.
What if it rains?
Outdoor sessions need an approved backup or a reschedule. We decide whether conditions are safe for you and the equipment, and your agreement covers cancellation and rescheduling.
Can we shoot in a studio?
Studio is a custom upgrade rather than a graduation package. Ask and we will quote the rental, coordination and timing through the Studio Session Request.

Dates go first, then looks.
Graduation weekends fill from both directions — spring and winter — and the evenings go early. Reserve the session, and we will plan the rest together.
